Tiger Leaping Gorge

One of the largest and deepest canyons in the world, Yunnan's Tiger Leaping Gorge is one of the grandest places I've ever been to and one of the greatest places to enjoy the China's natural beauty.

I only had a few hours here in the gorge, and I chose to do the short Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge hike. From the views of the snowy mountains above to seeing the rushing Jinsha River up close, even this short trail makes visiting Tiger Leaping Gorge worth exploring. There were also so many adorable squirrels on the trail down to the river.
